Nice protrait Frank, although it is not very glamorous. Guess the pose and clothing is of great importance with glamour photography and it lacks here. The blur is a little too much for me as well.

Great one for the family album though!

I dunno.

What was your objective ? This seems neither formal nor candid. As well, the light seems bit stark white.
No, here's a young kid with a sprained wrist (or something), and it all looks a bit too posed and cute (for the age) to me.

Sorry guy, I will rave at the appropriate moment.

Light is so so. I never like looking into someones mouth. The eyes bother me. There is no chin. The hand reminds me of a limp fish. Other than that I think it's great. No really, this is how you learn. Try some nice window light. Have him relax. Get the eyes out of the corners a bit more. Practice.....
