Red dot on photo

Here is a photograph I took tonight.
I haven't edited it at all. I have 2 questions.

1. What do you think of it? Any comments?
2. What is that red dot on the upper right portion of the photo?

There seems to be a good deal of noise in the photograph. I looked at the exif data on it... what were the conditions you were shooting under? Was that really a one second exposure with no flash?
2. What is that red dot on the upper right portion of the photo?
I'd say it was a "hot" pixel. Have you noticed it on any other photos from that same camera?
