After dealing with an on again off again 102 degree temperature for 2 days I found today I have bronchitis > :o < well at least I have off till Tuesday but I feel like crud and no energy to do hardly anything but lay around and poke at computer a little bit.

And to top it off by digital comacst cable service is on the blink ... :mad:

the digital cable being out is enough to make anyone sick, at least you are too blah feeling to get online too much. If I could I would take a picture of my oh so swollen tonsils for you, feels like I'm swallowing razor blades...

I just got over a bug given to me by the fellas at work...everyone was hit pretty hard. I even made every attempt to keep my distance but to no avail. :confused:

Take care Blue and do some research on bronchitis. I went through a spell of this a few years back and with some research and lifestyle changes it has since to come back. :)

Bad cold, cough, sore throat with secondary infection that does hurt. Worst part: can't stay in bed, work has to go on. Geez...oh, and limited Internet connectivity too. :( it's bad when you're in the field and you are grateful enough just to have 56K dial access from a laptop. It's bad enough that I'm used to 1.5Mbps DSL and a real workstation at home..

Get well soon, and hopefully things will get better. :)

Thanks guys and I feel for those who are sick too _ at least I did get some sleep between coughing (NOTE: take more codeine cough syrup) last night.

Comcast Cable Technician is suppose to be here some time today for what thats worth.

well i'm just feeling a bit better,
i've been very ill last week, headache, sore muscles and at one point i was so weak that i even collapsed.
luckily after a few days i feel much better.
still sick of my work though :lol:

Well assume a combination of antibiotics + time off work + cable guy fixing problem, I'm about 75% on the mend now. At least no more fever but a slight bit of coughing and congestion is about all.

I was so bored yesterday I mustered up enough energy to clean the house ... :rolleyes:

Shot outside for 6 hours Thursday & drank lots of water during it. STILL lost 4# of water weight!

Years ago during August Basic training in Mo, they marched us into these air conditioned theaters for an hour at 60 degrees. Then they marched us to the next one, getting us hot & sweaty in the process. Repeat 4-5 times during the day.
Result was several of us, including me, who came down with pneumonia in August?

Moral: I don't ever use the cars A/C when driving to outside locations.
