Well went somewhere different and boy well worth the walk.
Got here about 3.30 so spent 2 hrs waiting for the sunset

Nice work Tony!
I think the first one is the standout for me, the composition really draws me in to the image. The birds at the top are slightly distracting, might be worth cloning them out.
I love the colour in the last one as well.
Did you HDR any of them?

That was taken with the bigma, you cant beat the length :)
No HDR just AEB and blended exposures. Scott did you get my PM?

what is the difference between HDR and blended exposures? I know my Photomatix can do both but can't figure out what the difference is.

I love the first and last ones! They are absolutely beautiful. Although I agree about the birds being a little distracting.

I take 3 images using the cameras AEB. Then in PS put one image at at time on top of the other and use a mask to bring through the clour that I want.
Once im happy I then flatten and put the next image on top and do the same.

ooohhh.. I really LOVE the blues in the first shot and the reds in the last one! Very beautiful!

Bloody hell Tony -- your pics just keep getting better and better!!! When are you going back? That is a heck of a place to be taking pics... I want in! Besides, we still haven't gotten yogether for you to try out the extension tubes... 4th & 5th are just fantastic!
