Alternate file formats

Is it possible to set up EE1.5beta4 to support image formats other than JPG? I use PNG and GIF alot and over half of all the images I've worked on are in these formats. Since I'm setting it up more as a art gallery I hace some images that are just either alot smaller in these formats of they're in these formats because of certain features only these formats have.

I just added PNG, TIFF, BMP and PSD support (with Imagemagick only) to developement version. I will post it as fix pack 2 for 1.5 beta 4 soon.

Only problem with these new formats are that only EXIF can be read only from JPG and TIFF (PHP limitation).
