Did a little experimenting with this one. I layered a hdr with the original shot to bring back some of the colors and contrast.
How does it look from your side?

Wow, that's beautiful.

The original didn't load, but what you have there on top looks great.

Glad to, F8 1/640 iso 400 focal 10mm.
This was done with one raw file "exposure comp. from -2 to +2.

It works very well to my eye, well done.
