New to photography, need some help

I just bought my first camera, it's an a60. But I can't do the right things about the manual controls. What is it that I have to learn about focus, exposure, ISO(ASA?), white balance, flash etc...
I will be grateful, if you help me... Thank you

Practice. Practice and more practice.

Get a few photography how-to books out of the library. Read them, and experiment. Buy any you want to keep for referance.

There is many many interrelated aspects of photography, much too indepth to slog into a short message to be of any real help.
