Can't get images....

.... I cannot get my images off my compact flash cards to download. I can see them in my LCD, but when I try to download them, I cant do it. I tried with the usb cable direct from notebook to camera and also from a reader to my pc. Never had this happen before. Can anyone advise me on how to retrieve these pictures. It is about 300 shot of a fireworks display. Thanks alot for any helpl

Is there an error message when you connect to pc or put the card in the readder? Is it more than one card?

Your images are not in the root of the card. If you are working with a card reader it should show up as a drive letter. Explore the sub folders from the root and if they are there you will see the file names.
