A lonesome tree with the smoke of a veldfire in the background at sunset.
Used tobacco T1 filter to give the sky some attitude.

That's gorgeous. I really like that look. The smoke looks like clouds to me, though. Not that it's a bad thing..I just wouldn't have guessed it was from a fire.

I can also envision an evening where there's like 100 crows roosting in that tree, crowing to eachother, and rustling about.

Great shot, though.

The effect is just right. Not too much, just spot on. One for the wall.

Fabulous colors with that filter. Good shot Izak. Do you have one to compare without the filter?

Sorry Kram don't have a shot without the filter. Wanted to keep as much detail as possible in the foreground so used the filter more to get a stop or so extra to work with.

I really think this is fantastic. Well worth the price of a frame to be hung on the wall proudly!!

I really enjoy my little 350D, not the best but if you take your time you can definately make some worthwile images with it!!
