I decided today to use my 10D in MF mode only....
For the first time it struck me how small the view finder of the 10D is.
My old Minolta X70 viewfinder is much bigger and brighter.
Is the 10D view finder comparable to other contemporary slr cameras (digital or film)?

The viewfinder is small. Smaller with the EX15 eyepiece!
I use my 10D alongside an EOS 33, and the 33 viewfinder is big in comparison.
I think it must be related to the fact it is only viewing the centre area of the lens because of the way the 10D crops the image in comparison to 35mm.
:)

how does the 10D viewfinder compare to the EOS 1D or the Nikon D100?
