Model Release???

I have some of these printed up in small print on the back of some of my business cards. That way, when I am out someplace, I can shoot the photo, approach the model, offer to send a free print, and then get them to sign the release, which I keep. I give them my card and mail a small print to the address they give me. Then I keep the release on file. If it is a kid, then get the parent to sign.
