Especially with the reddish hair. Just another one of my grandaughter. Expecting another grandaughter 8/8. Boy, you all will really be sick of me then.

I basically like it because I think a lot of portraits work well without a smile (avoiding the fake forced smiles that too often result). I'd have probably had her look just slightly to the left of the camera (her right) so that less white showed in her eyes.

Absolutely!! She's a doll! And Dad is a pretty good Tog:-) Nice lighting and pose.

Excellent pic. Pretty soon you will need a 16-35 or a 17-40 lens to be able to take a group photo of your grandsons :)

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. As for the lighting, here is how it was setup. Notice the relector was used for fill and the 2nd strobe for the hairlight/backlight. Main light to the left.

Can you tell me where you bought your bounce/reflector holder? I cant find the right type of equipment when I search online and im not sure of the name of them.

I love the photo and the setup is quite nice. Thanks for showing!
