From one dummy to another the simplest way is to use the RAW Image Converter2. Software should have come with your camera or you can upgrade at the camera website. The program asks where your RAW images are, asks a few questions about how you would like to convert them in the "preferences section" and the next step is the conversion based on your preferences (fear not, they will convert to TIFF files). There is also a little help section button that will lead you to a more in depth process explanation. I know there are other programs out there and I'm sure you'll get some other suggestions which I will be reading also. Always looking to get better. But starting here will work!!

Good Luck

Ha! Got it now. I had to download the Canon RAW Image Converter. I didn't have it on the software that came with my Pro 90 IS! Now I can open them buggers up.
Thanks for your help.
