Is there a way, or a program, that can capture a frame from a movie mode clip so I could print a picture of it?

Thanks,

Canay

Are you running Windows XP (or any other MS o/s that supports Windows Movie Maker)? If so, Windows Movie Maker is a free download from Microsoft's website and will allow you to save off any frame of a video clip to its own image file.

Actually, most any video editing software will allow this but WMM is free :-)

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am running Windows XP. It came with Sonic MyDVD, but I can't figure out how to print just a frame from this software. I will check out Windows Movie Maker.

Downloaded Windows Movie Maker, installed very easily! Was able to take a picture of a frame out of my movie mode!

Well, actually the picture is blurry. But that has to do with operator error, not the camera or the software!!!!!

My new mantra...I will take the camera off of "auto", I will take the camera off of "auto"...
