I've had problems with rogercavanagh.com. PixelPixel is working now and has generally been OK, so you can try again.

Yes I happy with the lens. It works very well with the 1.4x converter. I did have an IS unit failure after about 13 months - just one of those things I guess - but Canon UK fixed it FOC despite the lens having been bought in HK.
