I dont see how photographers get a head on shot like this but without the catcher in the way :mad:

hmmmmm .... should I tell ya? It's not that hard... I think your thinking too hard on it. Loosen up your location a little... a little cheating on position is really undetectable as the pitcher rotates around. Just position yourself to the same side the pitcher is throwing from. Remember, the ball is starting outside and crossing over to the middle. I this case the ball would have started on the left hand side of the frame and move to the right as it comes to the plate. Move to the other side of the catcher, then with a leftie hitter, you have an unobstructed view of the ball and the pitcher as it comes across. And there you go.....

Your stuff is looking really good. Looks like you and the sigma have settled in.
