i've started having a goofy problem where when i go to download images from my s110 with the image browser software, all the thumbnails show up blank.... which makes it rather hard to choose which images to download. anyway, if i go ahead and download them (all) anyway, the same thing happens in photoshop, the preview in the open dialog is blank. however, when i actually open an image in photoshop, it looks correct. so it appears that only the thumbnail/preview is a problem, as the actual image data is intact. i have spoken with canon tech support, and they insist my monitor settings or refresh rate must have changed (from installing software), but nothing has changed and i haven't installed any new software. since then, i have re-installed the Canon software, but to no effect. any suggestions would be much appreciated. thanks!
