Hello all. My first posting. Glad to find you and to be here.
I have a "rare" problem with my G1. While using the LCD for framing I can take maybe 5-10 shots and the battery indicator starts flashing. Eventually the lens retracts and the camera shuts down. My battery saver is turned off.
On the other hand, I can shoot all day, as long as the LCD remains off. I can review shots using the LCD all day long. I can use the flash, etc. Again as long as the LCD remains off. I just can't take shots with the LCD turned on.
I could handle this under normal shooting conditions. However I shoot only "infrared' images with my G1.
It has the most recent firmware update and a new - fully charged battery.
Any help would be most appreciated.
