i love cooking...one of the many benefits to being single again.

$20 bottle of Shiraz, roasted seasoned potatoes and tuna steak grilled, with a lemon, olive oil and caper sauce over the top. twas yummy!

took all of 30 minutes too.

this pic didn't come out half bad and needed nothing of PS enhancements.

thanks Joe. here is the recipe. except i grilled the tuna and simply poured the sauce over it after grilling.

yeah, it was her "sacred domain"...i didn't suffer, she was an excellent cook. ;)
