Very nice, i would liked it better if you were about half an inch higher and shooting down a little more to get the pistle out of the way a bit. Other than that I like it quite a bit. Great first post!

yea all kit lens i should add that in my sig lol.

I went from Minolta SLR (still own it with tamron 70-210), to a Kodak 1.3mp camera, straight to Rebel XT.

Quite the upgrade! I see a dedicated macro lens in your future. Check out the Sigma 50mm and 100 (or 105MM), they'll change your life

well i was planning on 50mm 1.4 or the 100mm f/2.5 Canon. Extremly limited budget lol

If you do not need the speed, the sig 50mm can be had for about $100 less than the 1.4 and would definatly be a better choice for macros if that is your interest (will produce 1.6:1 magnification on the XT). If low light and portrait are more your thing go for the 1.4, it's a beauty.

Well i just dont like shooting at high ISOs to much cuz of the slight noise. Or my other lens of choice might be 70-200 f/4L, you have no idea what its like to have something far away (like the huge bird in my backyard pond) and not be able to see it
