Hi there
I am sorry about my post do not concern a photography
My plan is , i want to make my PC as TV video- recorder like some TV videorecorder on market . DO any body know about this trick ?

hi Vatey,

simply buy a tv tuner card that you can put in a emty PCI slot in your system, connect the tv cable (the same one you have on your normal tv), normally the software delivered with the card has this function.
Make sure your hdd is having enough empty space.

you also have to run audio from your tv card to your sound card. this will eat hard drive space so make sure you have an enpty 200gb or so drive.

I see some tv video-recorder can store up to 50 hours and can program timer.
i think ,it capture the video & audio sigal and compress to MPEG xx immediatly so it use very less HD space ,the one you have metione by use Tv tuner I think it do not fonctione as real Tv video-recorder on the market , or may be it can do the same job as Tv recorder ?
