photographic edges software

Does anyone have any recommendations on software that allows me to do photographic edges like sloppy borders, etc?

Most good photo software programs can do this. Paint Shop Pro has frames that do it. Also MS Picture It Express has borders and also Kodak's Easy Share (free)program.

I needed some sloppy borders a while back and stumbled across an Extensis product funnily enough called PhotoFrame, a limited demo download was available, not sure if it still is.
