Was wondering how large will I be able to make prints with 8.2 megapixels? Would I be able to go 20x30 or so??
thanks in advance

Sure you can. Bigger, if you want. Genuine Fractals.

Billboards.

And the percieved sharpness of the print will relate to how close the viewer is.

Therefore as big as the printer will go!

Without resizing, if you want to print at 300ppi, you can go to about 8x10. If you knock that down to 220ppi, you can go to around 10x16 or so...

However, the others are right: Nobody will be two inches away from an 8x10 or 20x30, so the resolution doesn't have to be quite as high...
