S30 shutting itself down

When I turning on my camera, sometimes it shut down itself almost immediately. When I tried few times I usually can turn it on after few tries, but sometimes I could not get it working at all. I did all basic stuff: buttery, firmware, and contact cleaning… Looks like it getting worth in cold or wet weather, but it I ma not sure. Any fixes for this?
