Hands and feets

Mmm not sure what this picture is supposed to tell ya..
Im putting my life in your hands... ? or..
Im having my feets in your hand?

I generally prefer monochrome for this type of image, and this is no exception. The fact that the adult hand is out of focus is very appropriate here and forces the eye to the baby's foot, which is the real subject.

The image is very evocative and really needs no title. My minor suggestion would be to crop about 25 - 30% of the image from the left.
