viewfinder or lcd screen

Just a question on what people prefer to use when shooting action shots, i.e sports, birds in flight or any fast moving thing, I own a G3 and find it easier to use the viewfinder, and am curious as to what others prefer.

I guess it's still a hold over form my old SLR days :D

I'm still having a hard time trying to adapt to the LCD as well. For landscape, fine, but action/portrait I still find myself using the viewfinder.
