Dont see why not, I sent two off in the space of one week apart without any problems.
You could always mail them to find out.

Yes, the letter that came with my voucher book said (words to the effect of) "you can use as many of the vouchers as you wish" - but obviously only one voucher per item per person.
Last year I sent off two seperately and they paid both.

The cashback limit is one item per voucher per person - you could conceivably send in a claim for every item offered, so long as it is only one of each.
Canon's cashbacks take ages, and you may or may not get an email acknowledgement that they have your application and all is in order. If you check out the cashback link there is an email link if you wish to query status. An answer takes a few days.

In the US they had a web site were you could pre-register all your gear and then print one claim reciept to mail that has bar code on it.

It has always said this for GB but I have made a few claims and they have all been quicker than this - last one I made the cheque came back within 2 weeks.

It says 42 days for complete turnaround. It also says 7 days for them to get the voucher, and 35 for them to process - that's where the 42 days comes from.
Oddly enough it's been about 77 days since I sent mine in. I've emailed them, so I'm awaiting a response.

It does seem unusually slow - my 5D rebate took approx 3 weeks (email took 2 weeks) and the 512MB card appeared a 'few' days after I had sent the form off.

Has anyone successfully claimed a rebate from Canon UK for a lens purchased from Onestop-Digital (http://www.onestop-digital.com/)?
I seem to recall someone had, but I'm not sure what to send. The PayPal receipt?
Thanks.

Do you think that I could apply for a rebate if I bought a Canon 17-40mm at the airport duty free?

I've just had a quick read of the T's & C's (they are printed at the back of the vouchers and on the web site ;) ) and as far as I can see, as long as you purchase it in the EU (or Switzerland!) you qualify.

Thanks for the reply Kevin.
But buying from an airport duty free lounge - I suppose you are technically not in the EU! Hence no VAT! ;)

Mmmm... not thought of that one, although I'd argue the point with them that you are actually in the EU, but nesesarily covered by it's tax laws ?? - send them an emal, you never know they might reply...

No - the coupons company (who are responsible for the rebate) say they will respond within 48 hours. Nothing, and this is 5 days later. I have put another email request through.
I will contact Canon UK by phone, possibly tomorrow.

The UK processing times are now down to around 25 days.
I called Canon, and they had no record of my voucher ever arriving... :D
They said to fax the receipt and they would look into it.

Have one with them right now, but all the ones I have sent I make sure they go recorded so at least they get signed for at the other end and I have some proof they have been send.

My £70 cheque (10-22mm EF-S) turned up today (Sat), I sent of the claim about 3 weeks ago, so not too bad a wait.
Mind you, the bl**dy washing machine has just gone wrong this afternoon and have just spent £280 on a new one, bang goes my rebate cheque!
