Been a busy extended weekend for me, was fun though. Heres 8 from the Motor Show, all were taking with the kit lens and internal flash at iso200. Thanks to my friend PooM for hosting them. C&C is mandatory. For alot of the shots, more interesting angles were not possible due to rails and stuff..

Great shots. motorshows are so hard to get decent shots without lots of people in the shot. No. 5 is my fav

Good work

Good shots there, I guess he is right. Although maybe try some zoomed in detail shots aswell :)

Very nice... Were those taken with a CP filter?

nope, just iso200, flash, and aperture priority :D - i should have used shutter probably, but still came out fine.

Came out excellent actually!! I keep on reading that you should use a CP filter for photographing cars, but your pictures look great without it!

people worked around these things without one, and if they did it, so can we...

It's a matter of personal taste. I don't use one anymore.

I quite oftern use a CP outside but wouldn't for this kind of show, I think the extra stop you would need puts you in the realm of camera shake. Tripods would be tricky and probably cause security to come as you'd be causing an obstruction. It's horses for courses.

yeh i couldnt agree more, unless your a press photographer, cp is not really an option unless u wanna up the iso. flash gives nice reflectionless images anyway.

Great shots no.6 is my fav :D
It is very hard to get shots without people in, I came away with only a handfull of useable shots myself.
