I like the perspective of your shot. There is an unnatural feeling, maybe result of your processing, but I find that it also adds to the image.

Think it's too over processed? hmm. I dislike over processed HDR too. I tried to tone it down as much as I could.

The colors are flat and it needs contrast. It looks like you had a piece of grey nylons covering your lens!

I could do without the sign. whenever there is text, your eyes tend to go to it. So I'd either blur it so you can't read it, or clone it out.

sorry I am feeling short today:
over processed even for HDR, composition could have been better.
as my karate instructor used to say - "is that the best you could do today?"

That sign is alot to clone out :) I agree though. I have other shots of the same bridge from differnt view poiunts, but I'm at lunch and late for work and can't post them :)
