Hi. Monday night I ordered a XT from buydig.com. I was wondering why I didn't yet receive an email stating that my camera had shipped this morning, so I went on to the site and it said that my order was cancelled! Wow, thanks for the notice. No idea why they cancelled it, the Credit Card and address are fine. Anyone else have problems with them? I just placed an order for the camera with another site. I hope I have better luck this time.
Anyway, I have been reading this site and have found great information. Thanks everyone. I am also really excited about receiving my XT.

Did u give buydig a call and ask them why it was cancelled? They at least owe u an explanation. I heard they normally are very good.

I've ordered numerous times from them, including my Canon 30D, and I have had NO problems with them whatsoever. When I do email them, they are pretty prompt responding back.

No, not yet. I am not sure I should waste my time. I don't care so much that they cancelled it, but they should have emailed me letting me know it was cancelled. I might contact them, but I really just think it was an error they made.

If it was an error and they realize the error and reinstate the order, you could end up with 2 cameras.

Welcome, and don't be shy about posting. Did you remember to buy a CF card. There isn't one in the XT box.

Welcome! I've bought several things from buydig, including my XT and never had a problem. Call or email and find out.

I will try to call them tomorrow and find out what happened.
It appears that newegg has already shipped my XT (although I don't have a tracking number yet), so I should get it next week!
Yes, I remembered the CF card! I am actually getting a nice 2gb (and a bag) with some credit card reward points, but I also added a 1gb one to my order.

I bought my 30D from Newegg, in fact my company has purchased tons of stuff from Newegg and never had trouble with them.
