Handheld, shot in RAW at almost 9 PM, natural light.

Made some adjustments to exposure with DPP (I think it was). Other than that, only resized to post.

I like the bottom half of the picture, I like the glancing light on the face of the buildings, and I like the red in the "Don't Walk" sign, but that yellow hand (shape and color) is so unattractive - to me - that it sort of ruins the picture.

The orangey hand against the blue sky is what initially caught my eye.

It fascinates me how what caught my eye ruins a pic for somebody else. :)
