Good composition and crop. A little tilted to the left. I might try rotating it a fraction of a degree to the right (clockwise) to try and line up the horizontal and vertical lines of the buildings and bridge with the edges of the paper. Of course some of this effect may simply be a result of the natural angles of the buildings, and your position.

Unfortunately the blown out highlight area directly below the cloud covered sun is a big distraction that draws the viewer's eye away from the scene. I might be willing to sacrifice detail in the building facades and darken the photo. That way the buildings become pure black sillhouettes, and you (may) regain some detail in the blown out area.

The sun peeking through the clouds is always a nice treat.

I wouldn't worry too much about the blown highlights. You would need two exposures to capture detail there.
You might gain a bit with some use of curves, but not likely much.

Nice shot altogether.
