Service Manual and/or parts for BG-ED3

Hi Guys

Does anyone know where I can get a parts catalog or service manual for my grip? It is suffering from deceleration trauma and consequently the shutter release doesn't work. I spoke to Canon New Zealand and they don't have a manual and believe that it might be considered a 'non-servicable' item. I've pulled it apart and I could easilly replace the broken parts but I need the part numbers to order them.

Can anyone help?

I'm pretty clumsy and theres always that embarrassing moment when I tell the tech that I dropped something (or didn't drop it if it was still in warranty :) ) so I had to come up with something that sounded a bit sexier :)
