Which one of the two settings do you use on your camera? Do you shoot sRGB or Adobe RGB?
Thanks

Adobe. But I should qualify that by saying that I'm following the advice of many here and have limited experience. Reason is Adobe RGB is able to capture a larger gamut of colors. Post Processing is also done in Adobe RGB, and then converted to sRGB only if the end purpose is the web. That's what most here have said. However, many if not most labs accept only srgb anyway, so I don't yet understand that except that these labs are not "professional" grade. Really pro labs, so the argument goes, should be able to accept Adobe RGB and other color profiles...
There are many threads here about Adobe RGB vs SRGB, so I recommend doing a search.
I've quite a discerning eye for color, but have not as yet had much trouble with sRGB prints. I guess others are much better than I.
Note: If you shoot in RAW. It doesn't matter if your settings are in sRGB or Adobe RGB because you define your color space in post.

sRgb, so the thumbnails embedded in the RAW are easily displayed. The full quality RAW image doesn't have a profile, it can be converted to whatever you like.
If you don't understand color management I recommend doing everything in sRgb.
