This is one of the area's older buildings. Any comments or tips is much appreciated.

I like the looks of the B&W image the best for some reason.

I would try burning in some of the white lighting in Photoshop as it detracts from the building a bit although its not as obvious in the colour version.

Nice work though,I like it:D

I prefer the color version. It preserves details better (eg, front door).

The picture should also be rotated slightly CW. Also, showing the roof line should be better (as now, the roof disappears into the dark sky).

You've also got a bit of lens flare on the tree to the right. I prefer the color version as the highlights on the B&W are a bit blown out.
What's the name of the building?

Don't really know HRC. I think it is Lackey or something like that. Holds several gov. offices I think. I found out today that it isn't very old. It was just built to seem that way.
