Canon UK Cashback Voucher

Hi fellow POTN members

Does anyone in the UK have a current 17-40L cashback voucher they do not need?

I have tried requesting a booklet of vouchers FOUR times now from Canon's web site but still have not received one.

I will gladly refund postage costs if anyone can help out

I would be willing to part with the following vouchers to any POTNer - just send an SAE. these are items I know for sure I don't want, later in the year I'll part with any of the rest that I have failed to use up.
