I have currently got a Lowepro backpack for my Camera's and thier huge amount of enterouge (spellcheck) ha.

But it doesnt really fit my image!

Anyone know of any companies that do make Camera storage bags that dont make you feel like a train spotter carrying your lunch?

I have in the past used just normal bags but they just dont feel safe enough :(

 Before any of you men say 'women' I just like to have things that match!

refer away :)

I bought my Geekstar from them. I would advise you to see if you can see a bag for real first though as I originally bought the Loyal Chap, measuring it up and thinking it would fit my stuff. But when it arrived I found it just a tad to tight for my 70-200 with hood reversed. Nothing wrong with the bag, just it was too tight for my liking. They have a no quibble returns policy so I sent it back and ordered a bigger Geekstar instead.

Thanks - I was actually looking at that one. I dont really have that much stuff if i only carry one camera around with me. I might look into getting a couple of bags. Not too sure whats gonna be easiest.

Ill have to see if they sell them in any shops locally. TBH though ive not see any. We only really have Jessops and they dont sell bags in store.

The hunt continues...

Thankyou :)

I've had a couple people ask me what kind of bag it is for a gift, but otherwise no one looks at it twice. Fits 350D with grip (if I happen to have it on) couple lenses or 1 less lens and flash, laptop, blah blah. Perfect for my day to day bag I have a domke thats pretty nondescript (though larger) for longer trips.

I used to use billinghams, superbly made but just a bit too 'photographer' for me....so I switched to crumpler, I use a crumpler mcbain for my laptop and a longschlong for my wee bag

My full outfit bag when I go on hols or similar is a brians hot tub, ...yes I know, dopey names but bloody good bags...the hot tub is enormous and takes everything including my extrenal drive and laptop and whats more, it fits my portly 42 yr old 6'3" frame!

castle cameras in aberystwyth delivered my bags next day after ordering them on the phone at 4pm!

The names are different for the US, the December Quarter looks very similar to the 6 Million Dollar Home, but I think you can get a laptop in the DC. I wouldn't mind having a December Quarter.

December Quarter is as good as it gets for a laptop/camera/several lenses and carry on type gear for a flight, but IMO it tends to be a bit big and clumsy for walkaround. I have one and don't use it much at all. I use this day in and day out (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=189741) and it does a great job.
