I have just upgraded Zoombrowser to 4.0.2, but I have found that it is unable to convert my raw files, shot on a Canon G2. The option is not available at all, and when trying to view a raw file, it is unable to convert to a temporary tiff. Anyone know the answer? Cheers.

ZoomBrowser uses the Canon Digital Camera File Viewer Utility for working with RAW images. You can also use the utility alone. In either case the utility must be installed. If it didn't come with your camera, you can download Version 1.2 here (bottom of the page):

When I updated my ZBrowser, I also downloaded the File Viewer Utility and it works great. I believe the instructions said that you first need to have the Canon RAW image converter in order to install the file viewer utility. It was quick and painless.
