Ken's Pro-Street '66 Chevelle SS has a 468cid, 700bhp engine running at 14.5:1 compression! The 400 reverse shift transmission connects to a 12-bolt 4.88 rear end. It has a tubed, ladder bar suspension & "welled" wheels.
The nitrous bottle provides 400 extra horsepower. http://photo.klein-jensen.dk/smilies/cheer2.gif
He's had it for 8 years & puts on 200-300 miles a year. It can be yours for $30,000US. Does anyone want his phone number? ;)

Thanks, Brad. You're 3rd in line behind Ken's '66 Chevelle & Kerry's '67 Fairlane. Sorry, I've had big computer problems & I'm guessing that the GTO will get up sometime late next week. If I'm lucky!? ;)

Frank,
Out of curiosity lots of the cars you post are set up for 1/4 mile racing. Do you ever get their strip times?
NOS certainly puts racing in a different perspective from the "old school" ways!
Great shots again!

I usually ask, and some answer & give them to me. Some say the'd never do that. (Not even once just to know?) ;)
Most, not all, of these cars have been de-tuned to make them more manageable. But every so often I meet someone running 13.5 :1 compression with a 4.xx rear end. They're the ones who have the most fun? :D

were these done with the new screen calibration? I think I may have "fudged" these before the crash & reuploaded them. They look a bit light to me now.
See what you think of these I just posted:
