Struggling with Raw post processing

I've taken a few photos in raw and only now realise that they are extremely over exposed and in some of the pictures a particular lady is wearing all white and its extremely blown out.

I have Raw Shooter Premium but I haven't a clue what Im doing with it.

If anyone could give me a few pointers I would really appreciate it.

Find the exposure slider and move it to the left... it might be able to do something but overexposure is quite hard for the software to fix. Strange that it's overexposed, white usually underexposes if you use the cameras meter.

Its my own silly fault, I had completely the wrong settings for shooting in bright sunlight. I will try the exposure slider and see what I come up with.
