Historics at Queensland Raceway

Had a great time today with a HUGE turnout of all kinds of historic racing cars from Austin Healey Sprites to a Brabham F1.
Heres a very small portion of what was on show for the day (and they didn't hold back when they were racing either).

Can't wait to get a proper camera, digi cams kinda suck :mad:

like i said on tbk ospi, great photos.

your getting better photos from your P & S than i am from my 350d lol.

I have been wondering, Are the photos the P (wait 20 seconds to focus) & S produce better quality than a 350D and a Tamron/Sigma 70-300 can produce? Because i guess im under the impression the dslr and lens will be capable of better results but i cant say im all that impressed by some photos that combo produces.

they are capable of better results, but you need the knowledge and technique to get the best out of your equipment.
