Anyone has heard about a program named PhotoRecovery?? I believe it works very well recovering deleted photos and recovering photos even on formatted cards (smartmedia, flash, etc). If anyone has it I would be very thankfull if you email it to me. Thanks.

You might like to check this article:

It doesn't specifically mention Photorecovery, but it does deal with his topic and discusses various tools.

I've found a marvellous piece of Software for recovering deleted or even formatted images on CF, SM and other cards, provided nothing has been written over again :

Just like to say that this software works with a G2 128 Mb compact flash card in a HP P1100 printer.

I lost one of my photos after uploading and before burning onto CD and it recovered it no problems.

Hmm, I know that there are numerous programs, but I haven't used one in years. Once in a while someone pops up with this problem and people give suggestions, but I don't recall specifics.
So, if the ones mentioned above don't work, not just the linked one but the one named in the original post, and nobody brings up one that does work, all I can suggest is an internet search and poke through things. I did a quick search for "image recover" and there are plenty of things to try:
