I noticed today that sharpening in BreezeBrowser produces a better result than the unsharp mask filter in Photoshop. At least, sharpening of small size files. The edges are thinner. I know that photoshop is more flexible, but I cannot get even close to what Breezebrowser is capable to do.

Did anybody else noticed that? Or may be I just don't know how to use the unsharp mask filter properly?

I've noticed it on more than one occassion. In fact, I recently ran a batch of approx 200 Canon RAW files converting directly to JPEGS, leveled, resized and unsharpened all on the fly in BB without ever touching PS7. Mostly because the exposures were right on in the first place, and it was all for web/screen display only anyway. I've yet to get results that were less than superb out of BB. Sometimes it takes a lot more agonizing to match the same result on a larger file in PS7; just depends on the circumstances. Not too likely I'll be throwing PS out anytime soon, but nice to have a good fallback and BB has worked well for me in that regard.
