Hi guys. My first serius attempt on taking outdoor portraits. Please take some time to help me get better.

Patrik, a nice shot of Angelica, but there are a couple of things I notice. One eye is covered by her hair & the other is just on the edge of the cap. In portraits the eyes are very important as that is what you concentrate on when you look at someone. I also think a vertical shot might have been better to make the tree less prominent & it might be better without that small branch jutting out from the trunk.(you could clone that out).Shallow depth of field is good, the background effectively isolated.

Very well done, I agree. Particularly the DOF. I would have liked to see the hood riding just a little higher on Angelica's head - just enough to see her eyebrows and still frame her face nicely. Fine work!
