Hello All

Looking for any tips/advice for software packages for Mac OS that produces DVD Slideshows.Hopefully with the ability to add titles, music and transitions. Motion in photos woudl be nice and the ability to add videos would be nice as well.

Anyone have any experience with any programs?

Thanks for the help in advance :)

It makes a slideshow - period. No titles, motion, etc.

Adobe Acrobat?

Macromedia Flash?

Couple of choices there.

I'm looking for the same thing. I have tried exporting iPhoto slideshows to iDVD where you can have music, motion, and so on, but the picture quality was not very good (could very well have been user error on my part, though). I am reluctant to rely on Apple's iLife suite because it relies so heavily on proprietary technology, making it harder to convert to other software in the future.

Agreed - tweatherred, I have been playing with "Photo to Movie" it is actually pretty good. Only downside is you can't add video - but other than that, the quality is great, you can have motion, music, titles, etc. I like it very much!

Photodex looks nice and I have seen others say it is good, but it appears to be PC-only.

Final Cut Pro will do it.
