Here are a few shots I took of Radio Birdman on Saturday night in Melbourne. Unfortunately lots of nasty red light so I turned a lot of them to B&W. More shots of the show can be seen at www.blackshadow.com.au.

very good under the horrid red light conditions...2, 3, and 5 are great. i love the intensity in Younger you can see in #3.

RB are playing here on the 10th of next month. i hope to get some decent shots.

I like 'em. The B&W's have a totally different flavor to them.

Good luck with getting some good shots next month - I recommend you take your earplugs though; they are ****ing loud!

i should have been using earplugs 20 years ago...i've only caught wise about the last 5 or so.

Thanks Rene - Radio Birdman are an Australian band; originally formed in the 70s but back together as a full time entity in the last few years. They have legendary status here as a seminal punkish kick arse band. More info can be found at http://www.myspace.com/theofficialradiobirdman and they are touring the US and Europe shortly.
