Has anyone ever experienced ACDSee associating the wrong thumbnail with a file? I've noticed it happen now and then, even across folders that may have been deleted. Weird. The file is what it's supposed to be, just has a different thumbnail attached to it. Using ACDSee 5.0.1. TIA.

By default,. ACDsee will maintain a data base of thumbnails...
I have allways found this problematic,. and have disabled it.
It takes longer as it will be forced to rescan a given folder every time you browse it,. but I find it saves a lot of odd behavior....
If I remeber correctly you can force it to rebuild icons in a specific folder as well.... try "reload" ?

U da Man, CDS! That did it; that, and a good optimization. Slower yes, especially with larger folders, but better in the long run. Thanks mucho!
