Ok so here's the deal..i have EXTREMELY limited knowledge of website design. I would like to create simple website with a few of my photo galleries in it and some contact and personal information pages. I would also like to be able to update this website regularly.

Are there any sites / companies that do this for you? That prepare everything and then hand it over ready for you to take over??

if yes could someone please point me to the right direction...?

thx :)

I'm sure there are, but they cost money. Check out www.joomla.org Its a very easy to use content managment system that you can download different templates for, and integrate many different components like gallery, or a shopping cart.

Do you have a program that you can use - Dreamweaver or Frontpage? I would recommend Dreamweaver. Blogs seem to be pretty popular right now - you could always create a blog, then host your gallery at Flickr.

I would go the blog route then. HTMLKit is a free HTML editor that could help.
