Perhaps I am doing something wrong but I recently purchased a 256mg SanDisk cf card and my brand new G5 ate it. Thinking that the card must have been bad I brought it back and replaced it. The new card did the same exact thing.
Let me get a bit more specific: The Brand new CF card will work for pictures just fine until I pull the card and plug it into my SanDisk ImageMate. Once there I pull up an "No preview available." and I can't view the pics. Then I turn around and plug the card back into the camera and it says there is a CF card error.
The only thing I did differently with the original disk was shoot a few pics and download them onto my computer directly through the port on the camera. And I have never had a problem pulling the card and plugging it into my CF reader.
What is the problem? The original card works great but it is only 32mgs.
Am i smoking crack or am I doing something wrong or is my camera smoking crack?
I just upgraded from the G3 so I didn't think it would be like rocket science to get this thing dialed in.
Help!!!!!???
