I really wan't to have a photo-lab to print some images from my 10D. I wan't to have some on the wall, and at the same time see how big I can enlarge theese files. How do I set the best sharpening? Do I just deliver them the way I've sharpened them for my monitor? Should I be a little less hard on sharpening for print? Or should I maybe don't sharpen it at all, and the photolab will sharpen it the way they think fit?

I shoot weddings professionally as well as do a lot of landscapes, portraits, etc. all on the 10D.
I edit all my images in photoshop and achieve results surpassing film every time.
Here's the way I do it.
1. Use Levels - make sure images are punchy but be careful of blowing out the highlights.
2. Add Contrast (No Brightness) if necessary - usually about 5 to 10 but no more.
3. Hit Ctrl+Alt+0 this'll give you actual pixel to pixel view
4. Unsharp mask - Amount = 200 to 300
Radius = .50 to 1.00
Threshold = 0
5. Resize image to requirements (eg 10" x 15") then
set ppi to 300
Works every time.
I must add that I colour correct if necessary first

Good luck
